One significant change is that it is now available in a 64-bit version.
Added support for dynamic tyre radius and contact patch centroid offset.
Added a stop ring for primary and secondary coil springs.
Excel input and output now include all four ride heights and reference points.
Excel output now allows for specifying separate bump and droop, roll and turn sections.
And the other is that the tyre dimensions are now a function of camber, so as the camber changes, the tyre radius and contact patch offset change. Much better now for large negative camber situations. More Details Here
PORTAL AXLES (OR PORTAL GEAR LIFTS) are an off-road vehicle suspension and drive technology where the axle tube or the half-shaft is off-set from usually above the center of the wheel hub and where driving power is transferred to each wheel via a simple gearbox, built onto each hub. This gives two advantages: ground clearance is increased, particularly beneath the low-slung differential housing of the main axles, and secondly any hub reduction gearing allows the axle halfshafts to drive the same power but at reduced torque (by using higher shaft speed).
