About A used Daihatsu Technical Information: for the 1982 Delta Truck with Wiring Diagrams
FORWARD
Recently, the V50 Series and the Wide Cab Vehicle (right hand unit only) have been
placed on the market as additions to the DAIHATSU Truck Delta Series which have
gained distinguished reception as very reliable trucks.
The V50 Series is mounted with a newly-developed, 2765 cc diesel engine. This new
engine called the Type DL has been developed based on the Type DG diesel engine.
On the Wide Cab Vehicle, its cab has been enlarged by increasing the width 300 mm
than the hitherto-employed cab. Furthermore, the Wide Cab Vehicle is mounted with
the Type B diesel engine or the Type 3B diesel engine. (This Type 3B engine having a_
343l cc displacement has been developed based on the Type B engine.)
ln respect to the vehicle model composition, the V 20 Series mounted with the Type
DG engine has been deleted (except for those shipped to some special countries).
This Technical lnformation book has described mainly the recent modifications and
newly incorporated mechanisms.
